The Materials We Use
7mm Rock Chips

Pickled Sand

Do you use sand or gravel chips?
For parking lots, we prefer a 'Pickled Mix' of sand and 7mm chips. The chips provide tire traction, while the sand provides foot traction.
Will the gravel block my drains in the spring?
This is a common concern. As part of our Spring Cleanup packages, we offer power sweeping to collect and remove all winter gravel before it enters your catch basins.
Do you sand the whole lot or just the lanes?
